Nexi needed new services for the ecosystem of their new POS device, Poynt. The services being multi-platform, were needed for the merchant and the customer. My contributions in the project were: - To conduct the preliminary market research - Develop a customer journey prior to solution and of the solution. - Brainstorm solution scenarios and final solution value proposition - Develop the prototypes for the solution service; Apps for the merchant and the customer - The final pitch presentation As a team member, I: - Enabled ice-breaking, develop an environment of team bonding and collaboration with our team members from Antwerp School of Management (considering we were meeting them for the first time) - Supported, the other team members on the aspects of Visual Communication and Design, beyond my part. As the project revolved majorly around User Experiences and Interfaces.
