Y.A.N.A.

Developed a business idea, Y.A.N.A., aimed at ‘Helping Women who travel alone in Cities’ The solution provides assistance to the user through preventive and quick emergency response systems integrated into one application. My contributions: Facilitated the Design Thinking process and application of methodologies, creating a marketing MVP, an app prototype (both for MVP and the actual app), financial implementation strategy. As a team member: Created and sustained a strong group dynamics between 4 team members from different geographies, working together on a project for 1st time. Facilitated the entire design thinking process as being the experienced team member. Enabling them to learn the process while developing the projects with their strengths and skillsets. Enabled the completion of the second stage of the project remotely, through Skype, with each member present in different cities across Italy (Lago Maggiore, Ravenna, Rome, Ostuni)
